Let’s match your staff’s talent with our local partners’ needs. IICD offers tailor-made programmes that make use of your companies’ skills and expertise and directly involve your people.

Together we conduct a thorough analysis of your available expertise and link this with our projects in the field. The programme gives your people the chance to work directly with our local partners in Africa or Latin America under the guidance of IICD staff, and gain the experience of a lifetime. Together we can determine a focus region, country or theme that meets your aims: for example healthcare in Africa or education in Latin America.

We also put our partners’ expertise to work in our headquarters in the Netherlands to help our organisation function more efficiently or to supplement our in-house knowledge.
